	Leigh Wilmott - Melbourne Network Team Leader/Senior Export Advisor Responsible for coordinating Austrade's Marine Industry Network of over 50 dedicated business development professionals across the globe, Leigh is Austrade's senior representative on the AIMEX Board and within industry bodies such as Australian Shipbuilders Association (ASA) and Superyacht Base Australia. 	Hayden Williams - Melbourne National Industry Manager - Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing Hayden Williams has been with Austrade since 1986 and a leader of the unit that coordinates marine activities since 2004. Hayden has worked across a range of industry sectors and in South East Asia. He brings in-depth knowledge on exporter issues and market access to the team and is also the coordinator of Austrade's Defence and Homeland Security Team. 	Clive Jenkinson - Melbourne Senior Grants Auditor, EMDG VIC & TAS Clive Jenkinson has been with Austrade since late 1994 when he joined the EMDG section in Melbourne. 	Ross Giudice - Gold Coast Tradestart Export Advisor Ross is responsible for delivering the Federal Governments TradeStart Program and other export development services for Gold Coast City. Before joining TradeStart, he was a member of the Gold Coast City Council’s Economic Development Branch, which has played a pivotal role in establishing and supporting the Coomera Marine Precinct, now the nation’s premier location for recreational boat building. A major focus of the marine industry on the Gold Coast is its proven readiness and capacity for exporting its products. 	Frank Smith - Bundaberg Tradestart Export Advisor Frank has been employed as Trade Start Officer in the Bundaberg Export Hub since 2001. He has nearly 25 years of international business experience in a wide range of markets dating back to the late '60s when he was employed by Hawker de Havilland in Sydney. De Havilland Marine produced everything from aluminium flat bottomed dinghies for the defence forces, a range of aluminium leisure craft through to 14m patrol boats. His current client base includes a number of boat builders in the Wide Bay region of Queensland including a builder of polyethylene boats up to 6m and a manufacturer of polyethylene boat trailers. Gabrielle joined Austrade in 2006 and covers the region from the top of Newcastle through to Byron Bay hinterland in a full range of industry sectors. She has extensive knowledge of export processes and international contract negotiation plus development. Prior to joining Austrade, she worked as a business facilitator and has 15 years of exporting experience working in the private sector as Export Manager for business in NSW.

Tristram Travers - Hobart

Tristram has worked with Austrade since 2003 initially as a TradeStart Export Adviser in Western Australia and currently as State Manager Tasmania. He works with a number of marine and industrial enterprises. He has 18 years experience in export businesses and has held positions in export market development, research and development, production management, technical services and General Management. He attained a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University after studying engineering.
